Libby focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions and financings, and corporate and securities law. She works with public and private companies across a variety of industries.
While working as a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2022, Libby assisted with contractual matters and drafted public company filings. During law school, she also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
As an undergraduate, Libby worked as a legal intern for a boutique commercial litigation firm in Phoenix, where she conducted research on business entities and other matters. She also served as a legal intern for a Phoenix-based portable storage company, assisting with projects involving the company’s real estate portfolio and mergers and acquisitions.
