Lex Urban represents corporations and individuals in a variety of criminal, civil, and regulatory matters. He assists clients in responding to and defending against investigations, enforcement actions, and prosecutions arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, securities and accounting fraud, and other white collar issues. He also conducts internal corporate investigations and compliance program reviews.
Lex participates in the firm’s pro bono program and received a 2012 Outstanding Achievement Award from the Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs for his work in the field of DC Prisoners' Rights.
