Leonard’s practice further includes rendering legal opinions on patentability, patent validity, and freedom-to-operate. He is adept at preparing and prosecuting design patent applications and in guiding foreign patent procurement.
Prior to practicing law, Leonard spent several years as a patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), during which time he examined patent applications involving audio signal processing hardware and software.
