Lee Roach assists his clients in antitrust, complex commercial litigation, and white collar criminal defense matters. Lee has extensive experience representing clients in federal and state courts throughout the country on a wide variety of matters, as well as before federal antitrust agencies. He has helped multiple clients secure merger clearance from federal regulators and has also defended against merger challenges brought by antitrust regulators in federal court. He has also defended clients’ interests in lawsuits alleging price fixing and other anticompetitive conduct.
Lee’s extensive litigation background includes first-chair trial experience. Lee has handled all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-trial litigation counseling, discovery, dispositive motions practice, and post-trial proceedings. Lee’s litigation practice covers a wide variety of commercial matters, including False Claims Act litigation, complex business disputes, civil fraud, health care fraud and compliance investigations and litigation, and telecommunications litigation.
