Lea Anne Copenhefer’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of registered funds and their advisers and independent directors. Clients include the Transamerica Funds, Legg Mason Fixed Income Funds, Pacific Heights Asset Management (adviser to The Permanent Portfolio), Canyon Partner’s River Canyon Fund Management, and the trustees of AXA Equitable’s mutual funds. Lea Anne also participates in the representation of a number of the American Funds and their directors, and several other mutual funds and fund boards.
