Mr. Kasten is a partner whose practice includes all aspects of litigation, with a particular focus on appeals. He is an elected member of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and engages and participates in a number of appellate-related educational activities. His experience includes securities, insurance, banking and constitutional law, with an emphasis on class-action defense. In addition to his appellate experience, he has participated in all aspects of federal and state court litigation at the trial level.
