Laura Victorelli is an associate in the New York City, New York office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents management in employment litigation and advises clients on various aspects of the employer-employee relationship.
Laura’s interest in labor and employment started early, when she attended “Bring Your Child to Work Day” with her mother, a human resources executive. From that day on, Laura developed a passion for workplace relations and its impact on the business world. She pursued this interest in law and business school at the University of Pittsburgh, where she focused on employment law and human resource management. It is this passion that drives Laura’s practice today.
Laura has handled discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employment contract claims in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.
While attending law school, Laura was a research editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
