Laura S. Norman represents property owners, developers, private equity funds, educational institutions, REITs, institutional lenders and investors in a wide variety of real estate transactions. A significant portion of her practice is the creation, disposition, acquisition and financing of commercial condominiums, some of which are among the largest commercial condominium projects in Manhattan. She also serves as co-chair of the New York Women’s Initiative and the Education Practice Group.
