Kyle W. LeClere is a partner in the Indianapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on commercial disputes, product liability defense, and toxic torts.
Mr. LeClere represents business and governmental entities in a variety of civil litigation matters involving substantial service contracts, personal injury and property damage claims, non-competition agreements, and mortgage lending disputes related to borrower defaults. Mr. LeClere’s experience extends to all stages of the judicial process, having litigated cases both regionally and nationally from the commencement of the lawsuit through trial. He has trial experience at all levels, from small claims cases to a $1.4 billion contract dispute.
Since 2014, Mr. LeClere has been named on the "Rising Stars" list by Indiana Super Lawyers for his work in civil litigation.
