Kristian Mukoski is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Larder LLP and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Mukoski served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Richard F. Suhrheinrich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. As a law student, Mr. Mukoski was a summer associate for Foley, where he drafted and wrote memoranda on a variety of topics, including conscious parallelism “plus factors” in a Sherman Act price fixing claim and the distinction between factual and legal falsity in a False Claims Act qui tam action. Mr. Mukoski also served as a summer law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
