Kollin focuses his practice on complex restructuring and bankruptcy matters and related litigation.
Kollin advises clients on all aspects of insolvency matters and bankruptcy cases. He represents debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, boards of directors, and various official and ad hoc committees.
Prior to joining private practice, Kollin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Laura Turner Beyer, US Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina. While in law school, he served as the Articles Editor of the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology, was a member of the national moot court team, and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Samuel J. Ervin IV of the North Carolina Supreme Court.
