Kodey Haddox is a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office where he focuses primarily on commercial litigation and antitrust matters. Kodey has represented clients in a broad range of complex commercial cases in federal and state court, arbitration, and mediation.
Kodey assists clients through every stage of litigation. He has experience with all phases of discovery, including document collection and review, written discovery, and preparing for and taking depositions. He also has significant experience with dispositive motions in state and federal courts.
Kodey has also engaged in substantial pro bono work, including: representing a death row inmate on a petition for a writ of habeas corpus based on the State’s unknowing presentation of false trial testimony; representing New York City charter schools in disputes with general contractors, landlords, and government agencies; representing an individual in his copyright infringement action related to a band’s logo and song lyrics; and representing individuals in family court.
