Kjersten Turpen represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination and harassment litigation, wage and hour claims, and providing comprehensive employment law counseling. She has extensive experience litigating employment cases in state and federal courts, and in matters filed with administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the State of Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries.
Ms. Turpen regularly provides counseling to employers on a variety of personnel issues, including policies and procedures, hiring, termination, leaves, overtime compensation, and disability accommodations. She also provides sexual harassment prevention and other trainings, and serves as an independent investigator into employee complaints.
