Kimberly R. Ward is an Associate in the Birmingham, Alabama, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing management in employment matters.
Ms. Ward concentrates her practice on all areas of employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and noncompetition matters. She has practiced in numerous federal and state courts and before arbitrator tribunals.
Ms. Ward also has significant appellate advocacy experience. She has regularly counseled clients regarding appellate procedure and represented clients before the Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits, as well as the Georgia and Alabama appellate courts.
