Kayla Kershen is a Law Clerk at Troutman Amin, LLP's Miami office. Kayla earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2023 and her B.A. from Oakland University. In law school, Kayla participated in the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law, which published her student note, and the Moot Court Honor Society. Prior to her current role, Kayla gained class action experience working at prominent securities class action firms in New York. At Troutman Amin, Kayla's practice focuses on defending lawsuits brought under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
