Khadijah Robinson works on litigation matters, including white collar enforcement actions, investigations and civil forfeiture actions.
Ms. Robinson also works on regulatory matters involving U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within the international trade practice. Her customs matters have included advising clients on the classification and regulation of imports; advising clients on changes to applicable duties under the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP); advising clients on trademark recordations with CBP; and advising clients on the creation of special Customs allowances, such as Foreign Trade Zone.
