Kevin Y. Shin is an associate in Cadwalader’s Corporate Group. His practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, takeover preparedness and defense, corporate finance and corporate governance. Kevin represents clients in a wide range of complex transactional matters, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, carve outs, divestitures and proxy contests.
Kevin received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and his undergraduate degrees, cum laude, in Economics and Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
