Kevin Levey’s practice focuses on international business transactions in the infrastructure sector, such as project development, project finance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and privatizations.

Kevin has been actively involved in the development and financing of solar, wind, battery-storage, biomass, biofuels and other renewable energy power projects in the US and throughout Latin America, including Argentina, Chile, Honduras, Mexico and Panama. He has also advised large multinational companies on the construction, financing, operation, acquisition and sale of major power generation, liquefied natural gas terminal and pipeline projects in Latin America, including Brazil, Chile and Mexico.
