Kevin Major represents clients in construction and real estate litigation, including construction defects, mechanic’s liens, commercial foreclosure, breach of contract, and ordinance violations. His experience includes all levels of drafting, argument, analysis, discovery and motion practice necessary to achieve successful results for his clients.
Before joining the firm, Kevin was a law clerk at Schain, Banks, Kenny & Schwartz, where he worked with developers to secure zoning approvals on major projects throughout the Chicagoland area. During law school, Kevin served as a summer associate at Faegre Baker Daniels (currently Faegre Drinker), where he researched and drafted memoranda related to construction, real estate and business litigation.
