His practice includes representing both public and private employers in civil litigation matters, including claims involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, both under the Fair Employment and Housing Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. He also represents employers in wage and hour class actions.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Kevin worked at a plaintiffs’ construction defect litigation firm, where he represented homeowners in construction disputes with builders. He subsequently joined an employment defense firm and gained significant experience litigating sexual assault and negligent supervision claims on behalf of public entities. He has also represented several employers in both the single plaintiff and class action context.

Kevin’s litigation philosophy is to take a calculated, results-driven approach to resolving a client’s case. He communicates regularly with his clients and always keeps the end-result in mind. Kevin also keeps his clients’ business interests in mind when developing a litigation strategy. His litigation strategy has resulted in several favorable outcomes, which includes obtaining dismissals at little-to-no cost to the client.

When Kevin is not litigating his cases, he is either spending time with his family or surfing.
