Kevin Klein focuses his practice in the areas of economic development incentives, government relations, and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Klein has considerable experience representing clients before city, county, and state government in securing economic development incentive packages, including both discretionary and non-discretionary incentives. Additionally, Mr. Klein’s practice includes New Markets Tax Credits and the newly established Opportunity Zones community development program established by Congress in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, whereby Mr. Klein works with clients to develop investments in low-income areas. 

Mr. Klein further has extensive experience as a government relations professional before Congress, the Administration, and multiple state legislatures throughout the Southeast and mid-Atlantic including liaising with key public, private, and nongovernmental decision makers as well as industry and trade associations.
