Kenneth J. Wilbur is a litigator who resolves novel disputes that cross legal disciplines, drawing on a broad range of experience in the areas of constitutional law, mass torts, real estate, administrative law and legal ethics.
Ken has pursued successful federalism defenses in contexts as varied as preemption of punitive damage claims in mass tort litigation and of state law consumer fraud class action claims. He has also been active in developing First Amendment and other defenses to unfair trade practice and Medicaid fraud claims against the pharmaceutical industry.
