Kelly Davies is a lawyer focusing on the development, acquisition, and financing of energy projects and energy procurement and sustainability strategies for large businesses. She works closely with clients on all energy aspects of their business and advises on energy transactions both internationally and domestically across the energy sector.

With over a decade spent in the energy sector, her experience spans the energy industry and includes oil and gas (upstream, midstream and downstream), power (conventional (including nuclear) and renewable), energy storage and new fuels (including hydrogen) and related infrastructure delivery in various regions globally.

Outside of the conventional development, acquisition and financing experience, Kelly’s practice also focusses on new technologies and innovative project and transaction implementation in the energy space. With her detailed knowledge and experience across the energy sector, Kelly is currently advising a number of traditional energy clients and non-traditional / non-energy clients on transformational projects in the sector. This includes a broad remit of matters, from those relating to new fuels such as hydrogen across the value chain, through to distributed energy solutions, VPPs and customers looking at sustainability strategies and standards for their business and many more.
