Kelley Spencer Olah is a partner in Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Los Angeles office, member of the firm’s Litigation Department and Co-Chair of the firm's Drug and Medical Device Practice Group. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Western Center on Law & Poverty, California’s oldest and largest legal services support center.
Kelley’s practice focuses on the defense of product liability actions for some of the world's largest manufacturers. She has served on numerous trial teams in high-stakes cases in jurisdictions across the country, including Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Dallas, and Baltimore. In fall 2014, she helped obtain a defense verdict in the first bellwether trial in a major medical device multi-district litigation following an eight-week jury trial.
