Kaylyn Stanek is an associate in the Minneapolis, Minnesota, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents management in employment litigation and advises clients on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. Her goal with every client is to provide practical and straightforward advice.
While in law school, Kaylyn was a student director of the Minnesota Law School’s Bankruptcy Clinic, representing clients in federal court. She also served as a senior articles editor for the Minnesota Law Review. Kaylyn is a counselor at heart and has guided students through complex concepts in her role as a teaching assistant for Contract Law and Introduction to American Law courses, as well as a student instructor in Minnesota Law School’s Structured Study Group program. Her achievements and contributions to legal scholarship were recently recognized when she received a Mondale Hall Engagement Award in 2023 and Outstanding Service/Teaching Award in 2022 from the University of Minnesota. She was also the recipient of the "2023 Law Student Award for Excellence in Labor Law" by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Kaylyn enjoys browsing at local farmers markets, cooking, and landscaping her two planted aquariums.
