Ms. Pillai has conducted and defended depositions of fact witnesses and has drafted both dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Additionally, she has conducted direct examinations of fact and expert witnesses.
Ms. Pillai has experience counseling clients regarding litigation risk and antitrust compliance. She also has represented clients in criminal investigations by the Department of Justice.
