Katie Bunce is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups.
Katie advises private equity and venture capital firms and companies on all aspects of private acquisitions and disposals, leveraged buyouts, co-investments and secondary buyouts. She has been involved in transactions of both a domestic and international nature in a range of sectors including financial services, travel and real estate.
At her previous firm Katie was seconded to a major London market insurer and a European private equity house.
