Katherine Devlin is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Dallas office and a member of the firm’s Government Investigations & White Collar Defense group.
Ms. Devlin focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense, federal grand jury matters, internal investigations and regulatory proceedings. Her experience includes representing individuals and corporations in complex matters involving the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and other government agencies. She has defended individuals in a variety of federal criminal matters, including matters alleging health care fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud and securities fraud. Ms. Devlin also has experience assisting with large-scale investigations, such as responding to subpoenas and civil investigative demands, document collection and review, advising on compliance concerns and presenting to governmental agencies.
In 2022, Ms. Devlin was named to The Best Lawyers in America® "Ones to Watch" list.
She received her law degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, and her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
