Katharine is an associate in the Litigation Department, focusing on labor and employment law. Katharine works with clients to address and resolve employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and whistleblower claims under state and federal law, before administrative agencies and through litigation. Katharine also works with employers to identify and avoid potential claims, advising clients on navigating the personnel problems Human Resources professionals encounter on a daily basis. Katharine also works with clients to devise effective Employee Handbook policies and procedures and counsels clients on Fair Credit Reporting Act compliance.
