Kate Eades focuses on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Her work spans a range of industries including pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, gaming, mining and business services.
Kate has also worked on secondment to the General Counsel's offices of a major international insurance company and of a major international pharmaceutical company.
