Kate Miller is an associate and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Prior to becoming an associate at the firm, she served as a summer associate.
Kate’s practice involves advising private funds on formation and operations, as well as representing institutions contemplating private fund investments. She also advises registered investment companies on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters arising under US federal securities laws.
