Justin Dobek has defended the interests of clients in a variety of matters including construction, product liability, medical malpractice, professional liability and personal injury actions. To date, Justin has first-chaired more than 50 cases to jury verdict in matters involving subrogation claims and personal injury.
Prior to joining the firm, Justin was an associate at a defense firm specializing in representing excess insurance carriers and their insureds at trial. Justin has represented clients in California, Missouri, Texas, Washington and Pennsylvania. He has extensive experience with the Illinois Circuit Courts of Cook, Kane, McHenry, DuPage, Will and Lake Counties.
