Justin J. Daniels is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Patent Law Group. Justin’s practice focuses on patent and technology litigation. He has served as lead counsel and managed cases in all stages of litigation, from licensing and pre-litigation counseling through trial and appeal, and has particular experience in software, computer architecture, networking and telecommunications. He is also a registered patent attorney before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
