Judy Wang has experience in global anti-corruption investigations and compliance matters, cross-border data protection matters, and regulatory matters. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Judy worked at another global law firm.
Earlier in her career, Judy advised clients on their capital markets and mergers and acquisitions deals. She represented various China-based companies in their US and Hong Kong listings, going private transactions, post-initial public offering compliance matter, as well as a variety of cross border transactions involving China.
A native of Shanghai, Judy is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and the Shanghai dialect.
