Jordan helps clients navigate complex disputes related to business and intellectual property matters. She is skilled at evaluating pleadings, motions, and briefs, which allows her to work with individuals and businesses in all phases of the litigation process, including pre-trial investigations, preparation of pleadings, discovery, and trial.
Before joining Ward and Smith, Jordan was a law clerk to the Honorable Marilyn J. Horan, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania. In that role, Jordan gained substantial legal research and writing experience.
Before law school, Jordan was a social worker. In that role, she investigated reports of child abuse, neglect, and dependency by interviewing children and families.
