Jonathan focuses his practice in the area of employment law, with an emphasis on workers' compensation defense and general litigation matters. He represents and counsels large and small companies on these issues in a diverse range of employment-related matters. In addition to his involvement in the aforementioned areas, he has experience in crafting Medicare Set Asides. His goal is to help companies avoid litigation by identifying issues before they arise. Should legal action be required, Jonathan has extensive defense experience at both the administrative level and trial and appellate levels.
