Jonathan Lauri is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Nursing Home Negligence Group. Mr. Lauri concentrates his practice in wrongful death, catastrophic injury, negligence, and abuse claims arising in nursing homes, assisted-living facilities, psychiatric facilities, hospitals, boarding, and group homes. Mr. Lauri works tirelessly to ensure that all deserving individuals have a fair chance at justice through the legal system—even when it means taking on the most powerful people and corporations.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Lauri was a Litigation Associate for a personal injury law firm in Central Jersey, where he represented his clients’ interests in a variety of civil litigation/personal injury matters including nursing home malpractice, Tort Claims Act litigation, and premises liability.
Mr. Lauri was also a Judicial Fellow for the Honorable Rose Marie Defino-Nastasi, in the Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. While there, he drafted judicial opinions and bench memoranda for direct and post-conviction appeals of homicide convictions based upon extensive legal research.
