Jon Levin has practiced government contracts law for more than two decades. He has extensive experience successfully representing clients in hundreds of bid protests at the Court of Federal Claims, Government Accountability Office, and Federal Circuit, as well as on size and status matters at the Small Business Administration. Jon routinely assists clients in negotiating and investigating issues in connection with cost contracting, intellectual property, procurement integrity, and the use of classified material.
