Jon Levin has practiced government contracts law for more than two decades. He has extensive experience successfully representing clients in hundreds of bid protests at the Court of Federal Claims, Government Accountability Office, and Federal Circuit, as well as on size and status matters at the Small Business Administration. His representation is built on carefully considering all available paths forward, tailored to both favorable legal resolution and the best business outcome for his clients.
Jon routinely assists clients in negotiating and investigating issues in connection with cost contracting, intellectual property, procurement integrity, and the use of classified material. He also has experience in international trade law and helps clients navigate the byzantine world of exports and imports, including compliance and classifying goods and services purchased and sold overseas.
