Joanna Kocol focuses her practice on insurance coverage and general liability defense.
While in law school, Joanna practiced under a 711 license and handled family law and contract cases for veterans. She appeared on behalf of her clients in the Champaign and Vermillion county circuit courts. Joanna also served as an adjunct instructor, where she taught Law 500, introductory legal research and writing for LL.M. students.
Joanna is a graduate of the Mirza Trial Academy at the Illinois College of Law, an intensive week-long course where she learned core trial skills from some of the best litigators in the country.
