Jessica S. Boar counsels and represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination and harassment, wage and hour issues, and restrictive covenants and trade secrets. She works with employers to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Jessica also counsels clients on hiring, firing and disciplining employees, and developing and revising employment practices and policies.
