Jennifer Stepp Breen

Professional Biography

Jennifer Stepp Breen is an Associate in Miller Mayer’s Immigration practice group.

Ms. Breen represents clients pursuing a broad range of nonimmigrant and immigrant options. Her work at Miller Mayer has included assisting hospitals and physicians with J-1 waivers and H-1B petitions, universities and professors with O-1 and EB-1 petitions, and individuals with National Interest Waiver petitions. Ms. Breen also assists with the firm’s EB-5 investor and regional center clients.

Ms. Breen is a member of the New York State Bar. She received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, summa cum laude, where she finished second in her graduating class. She was also winner of the prestigious Kerr Prize, as well as several CALI awards, and co-winner of the Kasowitz Prize for Legal Writing and Oral Advocacy. Prior to law school, Ms. Breen received a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she graduated with Highest Distinction and Highest Honors.
