Jennifer Martinez is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department of Foley & Lardner LLP. Jennifer is located in the firm’s Milwaukee office, where she is a member of the firm’s Trademark, Copyright & Advertising Practice Group.
Before joining Foley, Jennifer was a law clerk at a firm in Milwaukee. She also was a research assistant at Marquette University Law School, where she performed research in various areas of copyright law and privacy law. During law school, Jennifer worked as a Foley summer associate in the Trademark, Copyright & Advertising Department and the Intellectual Property Litigation Department.
