Ms. Osler drafts and negotiates a variety of contracts, including software license agreements, subscription agreements, and vendor agreements. With a background that includes working for an Internet company, she combines her legal experience with an understanding of the impact of technology and the Internet on companies and their intellectual property.
Ms. Osler served as a fellowship law clerk for the Honorable Judge Charles M. Pratt, and as a law clerk in the Colorado Attorney General's Office. Prior to law school, Ms. Osler worked for a large consulting company where she administered their employee benefits plans.
