Jennifer Moran has significant experience defending general liability cases. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Jennifer's practice focused on insurance and recreational defense matters on behalf of ski areas, water parks, hotels and golf courses, along with construction defect matters on behalf of community associations and developers. She also has significant experience in appellate practice.

Jennifer worked as a paralegal for 15 years in a prominent northern New Jersey firm focusing on commercial litigation and land use matters before obtaining her law degree.
