Jeffrey represents clients in all aspects of their real estate and real estate finance activities. He has extensive experience in leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, financings, restructurings/workouts and development involving a wide range of commercial real estate assets. Among clients, Jeffrey represents or has represented Amazon, Kering Americas (i.e. Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta), Foulger-Pratt, Federal Capital Partners, Institute of Defense Analysis, Fannie Mae and AARP.
In addition, Jeffrey specializes in public-private partnerships between municipalities and private companies and represents or has represented Fairfax County, Virginia, the City of Falls Church, Virginia and other municipalities and developers in public-private partnership ventures.
