Jeffrey I. Snyder is a Partner in the firm's Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group. Jeffrey represents all constituencies in sophisticated bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts including debtors, trustees, secured creditors, landlords, unsecured creditors, creditors committees, and potential purchasers of assets. In addition, Jeffrey handles defense of complex preference and other avoidance claims and represents borrowers, issuers and lenders in connection with commercial loan transactions and capital market transactions.
