Jayne Mariotti Hebron is a member of the Public Finance Department. Her experiences include representing issuers, investors, developers, and trustees in Low Income Housing Tax Credit housing financing transactions. She also serves as bond, borrower’s, and underwriter’s counsel to various clients, including higher education institutions, health care institutions, school districts, and municipalities.
Before joining Ballard Spahr, she was a law clerk for the Hon. Timothy Rice of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also served as a law clerk for the Office of the General Counsel at the University of Pennsylvania and as a legal intern for the Federal Prisoner Reentry Clinic at Rutgers University.
