Jason S. Mills represents employers in wage and hour class actions, single-plaintiff lawsuits, workplace discrimination cases, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) class actions, and alleged Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) violations. Jason defends clients in the retail, defense, hospitality, and energy industries, among others, in a range of class action wage and hour claims. He also manages Morgan Lewis teams that have not only defeated class certification but, in some instances, achieved summary judgment prior to reaching the class certification stage.
