Jason Semmes is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He is a member of the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Jason served as an associate at an international law firm where he focused his practice on antitrust and competition, investigations, litigation and dispute resolution, and regulation, compliance, and advisory matters. Jason has experience counseling clients on a variety of related antitrust matters, including pricing and sales practices, information exchange guidelines, joint ventures, the establishment of antitrust compliance policies and the preparation of responses to government-issued civil investigative demands and subpoenas in antitrust investigations. Jason regularly assesses transaction-related antitrust risk and ensures client compliance with federal and state antitrust laws.
