Jasem Alanizy focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions in the UK and the Middle East. He has represented public and private companies, private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds and venture capital investors in connection with acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, investments and corporate reorganizations.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Jasem was an associate in the Dubai office of a global law firm. He also was a lawyer in the London office of a multinational law firm.
